王毅表示，海峡两岸历史同源，文化同根，同属一中。台湾的出路希望在于两岸关系战争开展，在于完成国度的统一，而不是依托什么外部的“空头支票”。“挟洋谋独”没有出路，“以台制华”必定失败，台湾终会回到祖国的怀抱。

He stressed Taiwans future and hope lie in the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations and reunification with the mainland, not in counting on the empty promises of external forces.

"The scheme to use Taiwan to contain China is doomed to fail and Taiwan will eventually return to the embrace of the motherland," he added.

王毅谈化解乌克兰危机的四点主张

王毅在两会记者会上论述中方对化解当前乌克兰危机的立场主张。

王毅表示，中方已屡次说明在乌克兰问题上的立场。我们一直本着客观公正态度，依据事情自身的是非曲直独立自主地作出判别、标明主张。应该看到，冰冻三尺非一日之寒。乌克兰局势开展到今天，缘由扑朔迷离。处理复杂问题，需求的是冷静和理性，而不是推波助澜、激化矛盾。

中方以为，要化解当前危机，

必需坚持结合国宪章目标和准绳，尊重和保证各国的主权和领土完好；

必需坚持平安不可分割准绳，照顾当事方的合理平安关切；

必需坚持经过对话会谈，以战争方式处理争端；

必需着眼地域长治久安，构建平衡、有效、可持续的欧洲平安机制。

王毅说，当前，国际社会应聚焦劝和促谈和避免呈现大范围人道主义危机两大问题继续努力。中方在劝和促谈方面已做了一些工作，不断同各方坚持亲密沟通。俄乌双方已然谈了两轮，希望行将开启的第三轮会谈能获得新的开展。中方以为，形势越紧，和谈越不能中止；分歧越大，越需求坐下来会谈。中方愿继续为劝和促谈发挥建立性作用，也愿在需求时与国际社会一道展开必要的调停。

China is prepared to continue playing a constructive role in the ongoing Ukraine crisis to facilitate dialogue for peace and work alongside the international community when needed to carry out necessary mediation, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Monday.

Speaking at a news conference on the sidelines of the fifth session of the 13th National Peoples Congress, Wang said China believes to resolve the current crisis, countries must uphold the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter and respect and protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries.

"We must adhere to the principle of indivisible security and accommodate the legitimate security concerns of the parties involved. We must settle disputes by peaceful means through dialogue and negotiation. And we must keep in mind the long-term peace and stability of the region and put in place a balanced, effective and sustainable European security mechanism," Wang said.

He said China believes the tenser the situation, the more important talks continue. "The wider the disagreement, the greater the need to sit down and have negotiation," he added.
