The children and Prince Henry ran out of the castle.

What happened?

Ok, Lets review the story in part 1 first.

Prince Henry loved this magic glass the most.

He took Biff and Chip into a small room in a tower.

Biff and Chip gasped when they saw the crown.

It was beautiful.

Then, Prince Henry took Biff and Chip to see his horse.

Just then, the crown has been stolen.

Who did it?

If the crown gets lost, Prince Henry couldnt become king.

"These children have stolen it." Lord Kent said.

"Throw them in prison."

Oh no! The children were in trouble.

Who do you think had stolen the crown?

What would happen next?

The stolen Crown 这个故事，分上下两集。昨天我们讲到了，亨利王子即将继承王位，他和小伙伴们一起去看自己明天加冕时要带的皇冠。可是没想到他们刚离开，守卫就汇报皇冠不见了。王子身边的大臣一口咬定凶手就是 Chip 和 Biff 干的，24页读完，Biff 大喊一声：were in trouble. 故事戛然而止。

我们赶紧接着看 part 2，亨利王子和小伙伴们，是不是可以成功破案、找到凶手，帮助王子成功加冕？我们一起，接着看下去吧~

"These children stole the crown."said Lord Kent.

"Throw them in prison."

"Stop!"said Henry.

“I dont think they stole my crown."

“是这些孩子偷走了王冠，”肯特助爵说，

“把他们关进大牢。”

“慢!”亨利说，

“我觉得不是他们偷的王冠。”

But who had stolen the crown?

The crown was important.

Henry spoke to the guards.

“Who has been in this room today?"he asked.

"You and Lord Kent,"said a guard.

亨利问卫兵。

“今天谁来过这里?” 他问。

“只有殿下您和肯特動爵，”卫兵说。

So, just 4 people had been in this room today.

Prince Henry, Biff, Chip and Lord Kent.

"Nobody could have taken it out of this room,"said the other guard.

"We search everyone."

“没人能从这个房间里偷走王冠，”另一名卫兵说，

“我们搜查了每个人。”

Maybe they hadnt taken the crown from the door.

But how could they make it?

"The children took it,"said Lord Kent.

“是这些孩子拿走了王冠，”肯特勋爵说。

He looked very angry and fiece.

"We didnt take it,"said Biff,

"and nobody else could get in from the outside."

"我们没有偷王冠，“ Biff 说，“没人能从外面进来。”

Look at the window, it was too small.

And the tower was so high.

Chip saw something on the floor.

What was that？

It was a broke arrow.

Chip 留意到地上有东西。

是把坏了的箭。

Who left the arrow here？

Then，

He asked Henry to lend him the magnifying glass.

他向亨利借了放大镜。

Whats the use of the magnifying glass?

What did Chip find?

Chip look at the window with the magnifying glass.

He found something strange.

What did Chip find？

"Someone tied string to the window."said Chip.

"I think I know how the crown was stolen."

“有人把绳子绑在窗户上，"Chip 说，

“我知道王冠是怎么被偷的了。”

Chip went on.

"Someone was in this room.

Then someone outside the castle shot an arrow through the window.

It had string tied to it."

“房间里的人做内应。

城堡外的人朝窗户射箭，

箭上系着绳子。”

Oh，Thats why there was a broken arrow in the crown room.

But why someone shot an arrow through the window?

And what was the string for?

"The person in the room put the string through the crown.

Then they tied the string round this bar in the window."

“房间里的这个人把王冠穿在绳子上，

然后把绳子系在窗户框上。”

"The crown slid down the string.

Then the person in the room untied the string and left.It was easy."

“王冠顺着绳子滑下去。然后房间里的人解开绳子离开了。这很容易。”

Who did this?

Where did the crown go?

What Chip said sounds reasonable.

So, Who do you think had stolen the crown?

“I know who stole the crown,"said Henry.

"You,Lord Kent.You want to stop me being the king."

“我知道谁偷了王冠，”亨利说，

Lord Kent was the only one who has stayed here alone.

Suddenly,Lord Kent ran off.

肯特勋爵突然撒腿就跑。

"Ha!"he shouted. "You will not be king.

I will！You have lost the crown."

"Catch him!"shouted Henry.

"Dont let him get away."

“哈!”他喊道，“你当不了国王了。

我才是国主。你把王冠弄丢了。”

“抓住他!”亨利大喊，“不要让他跑了。”

That was quick thinking, Prince Henry!

Dont let him get away.

Did they catch him?

Biff and Chip grabbed Lord Kents cloak and pulled him over.

“Throw him in prison!"shouted Henry.

Biff 与 Chip 抓住肯特勋爵的披风，把他拉倒在地。

“把他关进牢里!”亨利喊道。

Henry ran out of the castle.

"Come on!"he called to Biff and Chip.

"We have to get my crown back."

亨利跑出城堡。

“快!” 他对 Biff 和 Chip 喊道，

“我们要找回王冠。”

Where was the crown?

Thats a big problem.

Could Prince Henry get back his crown and become a king？

What would happen next?
